About the Founders 

Richard Graf’s love of photography started when he was just a young boy of 13.  He used to borrow and sometimes take without permission, his father’s, now antique camera, and snap pictures of anything that astonished him, especially of people.  This passion of writing with light never faded in Richard.

He then studied both cinematography and still photography in college, soaking up as much knowledge as possible about the relationship of light and shadow to objects and people and the different types of equipment needed to create the images that would have emotional impact on the viewer.

In 2007, Richard co-founded FindPhotographers.us with his partner Gabriele Utz, a highly successful muralist and web designer in the Southern California area.
